Gallaher Valuation is a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm serving the South Florida area. Since 1967, we have provided valuation services for various real estate properties, from single-family residences, apartments and hotels to multipurpose commercial developments, industrial properties, office buildings, and vacant land. Our meticulous appraisal reports have been used in mortgage lending, cases involving eminent domain, corporate decision-making, and filings with the Internal Revenue Service. Additionally, we have provided real estate consulting, feasibility analyses, and financial analyses to developers, lenders, local governments, religious institutions, and hospital systems.

PRESIDENT

Bob Gallaher is a state-certified general real estate appraiser with both a real estate broker and a real estate instructor license from the State of Florida. After more than four decades in practice, Bob has developed a unique expertise in the valuation of income properties as well as extensive experience in the analysis of land, residential real estate, and special purpose properties. Bob has provided expert testimony and trial preparation in matters related to eminent domain, bankruptcy, divorce, deficiency judgments, and various real estate valuation issues.

Bob has served as Chairman, President and/or Director for numerous organizations, including the Realtor Association of Miami, Coral Gables Board of Realtors, Miami Board of Realtors Education Foundation, South Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, two savings banks and the Miami-Dade County Surtax Advisory Board.

Bob was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1972 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.
